The MRVCEO was back in full swing this week after EM break.

Wednesday we headed to Anderson- Tebeest funeral home. Kyle Tebeest shared lots of information about the funeral business. The main take aways were having a price list of all your offerings and going through it with a client is important in being transparent with a client. Also, care about your clients as people.

Thursday we met with Fagen Fabrication. Evan Fagen talked with us about the importance of marketing your business, finding work for all your employees in slow months, and the need to treat your employees well so they want to stay and work for your company.
